Cycle-Up Week (1 large bottle, 1550 food pills in bottle)

  • You get the "Cycle Up" 1st Week that gradually introduces you to taking food pills
  • This slowly gets your body use to taking the Food Pills and gradually allows you to get accustomed to swallowing Food Pills better and better (Trust us practice makes perfect and you will get very good at swallowing pills)
  • This entire week you still eat traditional food and just supplement the Food Pills in your diet
  • Schedule: 2 Food Pills the first meal, then two hours later 4 Food Pills, then 2 hours later 6 Food Pills, etc. until by end of week you are taking 48 Food Pills at your last meal

2 Full Weeks, 14-days, of the full "Never Hungry" Food Pill Diet (2 large bottles, 2100 food pills per bottle)

  • Each meal has 50 Food Pills and you will take 6 meals throughout the day and then have a traditional dinner (under a 1,000 calorie ) at night
  • 50 Food Pills = 1 meal x 6 meals/day x 14 days = 84 meals (4,200 Food Pills)
  • Example Food Pill meal schedule: 7 am, 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm & then 7pm traditional dinner


8 meal tube containers & 1 scoop/funnel

  • Scoop/funnel measures out 50 food pills per scoop
  • You will use the funnel to fill each of the 8 meal tubes each morning during the cycle up week
  • Then you fill 6 meal tubes each morning during on the full plan weeks
  • You will have 2 extra meal tubes if you are on the 6 meals per day or you can choose to fill them and have 8 meals per day
